Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
The service
Stable Baseline is a hosted documentation and project workspace with an MCP API for AI agents. We provide the software, hosting, and support; you bring the content and the agents.
Your content
- You retain full ownership of everything you create in Stable Baseline.
- You grant us the minimum licence needed to store, transmit, and render it.
- We don't use your content to train models — yours or anyone else's.
Acceptable use
Don't use Stable Baseline to:
- Store illegal content or infringe others' rights.
- Send spam or harass other users.
- Attempt to access workspaces you don't own or have been invited to.
- Run denial-of-service attacks or abusive scraping.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer pro-rata refunds.
Service availability
We aim for a reliable, highly available service and actively monitor its health. Enterprise agreements may include a formal service-level agreement with credits; otherwise, the service is provided without a specific uptime guarantee.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, content is handled per the Privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes that can't be resolved amicably will be heard in the courts of NSW.
Changes
We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
