Members & invitations
Invitations are limited each hour, and the last owner can never be removed. Answers never reveal whether an email address has an account. Workspace members are managed separately, so someone can be given one workspace without wider access.

Every tool below keeps to the access of the key or sign-in that calls it, and to the person’s own role. A tool only sees the tools it may use.

Add a workspace member.

Soft-deactivate / reactivate a member (preserves history). A deactivated member's keys and connected AI tools stop working until they are reactivated.

Change a member's organisation role.

Update a profile (self always; others require admin). It never changes an email: people change their own email in the app.
