Platform
Plans and tasks on one timeline.
Every initiative gets a plan. Every plan has phases. Every phase has tasks — assignable to a teammate or an agent. Track progress on a Gantt view that lives alongside the docs it powers.
How a plan is organised
- Plan — a single initiative (e.g. “Multi-region GA”). It has a title, description, date range, priority, and status.
- Phase — a stage of work inside a plan, auto-numbered with a WBS code (1, 2, 3…). Each phase has its own colour on the Gantt so stages are easy to tell apart.
- Task — a concrete unit of work under a phase, numbered inside the phase (1.1, 1.2…). Tasks have assignees, dates, priority, and percent complete.
- Unscheduled — a parking lane for tasks that don't have dates yet. Drag them onto the timeline when you're ready to commit.
WBS codes keep things tidy
Statuses and priority
Plans have one of six statuses: draft, planning, active, on hold, completed, or cancelled. Tasks use a separate set: captured, in progress, blocked, done, and a few more.
Every item has a priority — low, medium, high, or critical — and an optional target date. Filter by any combination from the top of the plan view.
One status, many views
The Gantt view
The timeline is the default plan view. Tasks render as bars; phases render as grouped bands. A red dashed line marks today so you always know where you stand.
Zoom presets
Switch zoom from the top right — Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year. The left pane scrolls with the right; the today marker stays anchored.
Drag to reschedule
- Drag a bar horizontally to move start and end dates together.
- Drag either edge to resize — shorter or longer, keeping the other end fixed.
- Drag into the Unscheduled lane to park a task without deleting it.
Today marker and overdue
Tasks whose end date is in the past but aren't done yet are highlighted. The today line and the overdue styling make it obvious when a plan is slipping — no dashboard-hopping required.
Fullscreen mode
Big plans deserve a big canvas. Click the Fullscreen icon on the right of the timeline header and the Gantt expands to fill the window — sidebar tucked away, every phase and task visible at once. Press Esc or click the icon again to collapse back.
Assigning work
Tasks can be assigned to any workspace member. Humans and agents show up the same way — pick the assignee from a single dropdown, add acceptance criteria, and the task is ready to be picked up.
Agents assignable too
Plans connect to documents
Every plan can link to relevant documents — a PRD, a design doc, a rollout spec. The plan sits alongside those docs in the project, so anyone opening the PRD can jump straight to the plan that tracks its delivery and vice versa.
Plans list
If a project has multiple plans — one per quarter, one per workstream — the Plans tab lists them all with status, date range, and priority at a glance.
Keyboard shortcuts
- ⌘K / Ctrl+K — jump to any plan by title or friendly ID (PLN-1).
- N inside a phase — add a new task.
- ← / → on the Gantt — pan the timeline a week at a time.
